What's different about each
Growth advisory solves the "external growth" problem — your product works, but traffic, conversion, content, and retention aren't systematic yet. You need someone to turn growth into a weekly experiment loop.
Workflow building solves the "internal leverage" problem — your team is running the business, but processes are scattered, data is disconnected, SOPs aren't read. You need someone to turn those into systems that actually run.
What's the same: both end with SOPs, dashboards, and team training. I don't do one-off traffic hacks, and I don't do hand-off-and-leave engineering builds.
